For me, it's 420 mph/676 kmh in the SRT Tomahawk X.

I got 475km/h in full upgraded Lamborghini Aventador. ;D

How the heck do you surpass 400mPH in a tomahawk? I can only get to somewhere around 370MPH.

Use DRS and KERS. Forget what button that is.

I don't usually use x for testing speeds as compared to 7,but I was able to spit out 402 kph with a Bugatti veyron on 7,but that's the furthest I remember getting to.

I hit 440 Mph with my Tomahawk X VGT, without drafting or nitrous on Special Stage Route X. I have 2,695 HP/ 13,800 rpm - and - 943.4 ft-lb/ 11,300 - putting it at 964 PP. Trans set at 391 Max Speed, and Final Gear at 3.000. Suspension Setting is - Ride Height, Fr 100 - Rr 70, - Spring Rate is Fr 23.09, Rr 21.05. Dampers FR 10 / Rr 1 (comp + exten) and Anti-roll bars at Fr 7 / Rr 1. With Racing Soft Tires Front and Rear.
