I'm announcing my official retirement from GT PSP & I'll stick only with GT2 & obviously in GT2 they were so many cool stuffs such as tuning, ETC & Finally I got the EU PAL version both discs & yesterday I finished my car collection. Now I can play the Arcade mode without disturbance.
Good news: The triangle button issue in my MOQI i7S PPSSP emulator has been fixed & I'm almost finished my car collection in the game.
At last, it was fixed! Good luck on collecting all of those 800+ cars, Orochi Nightmare!
Thank you very much, Abel. Actually I'm not interested to collect all +800 cars, I'm only interested to collect some of Japanese & American cars from pre 80's until late 90's model & I finally made it. I was thinking about purchasing Tommykaira ZZII in the game & in the same time unlocking it in GT2 but I sticked that idea away from my mind because obtaining it is too damn difficult.
I agree. It’s just not worth the money.
Also it's official model ASL RS01 which is only appeared in GBA GT Advance 3 & GC GT Cube / Wii GT Pro Series has a better specs & I enjoy using it in GBA GT Advance 3 very much.
It’s was an official model AFTER the car design (and also the whole company) was sold by Tommykaira to ASL.
My first theory, the ZZII has different specs in different GT sequels because the car’s design (and the whole company) was already bought by ASL in GT Advance 3 & GT Cube/GT Pro Series, which then affects on the car’s naming and its engine choices.
My second theory is related to its engine choices. According to Wikipedia, the Tommykaira ZZII prototype model (the one which you just bought in GT PSP) is powered by the RB26DETT that produces 542 HP, while engine choices for the mass-production model is ranging from a 2.0 L to a 3.5 L unit. After it was bought by ASL, they change the name and start preparing it for mass-production (with the same engine choices for mass-production model as Tommykaira). Because of that, it is impossible for the RB26DETT to be in the engine choices list (the result is the Garaiya RS01 that you owned in GT Advance 3 & GT Cube/GT Pro Series, which has different specs compared to the ZZII).
Hey, Orochi Nightmare! I finally found my long lost PSP, and now I’m about to complete the whole car collection in GT PSP!
That's good to hear, Abel.
Meanwhile I was thinking to collect some of nostalgic American cars in GT PSP but I backed off from it because I have to collect more money & I'm too lazy.
What do you think?
