<p>Well I am trying to make the car appear in the used car dealership, check it every two races or licenses for up to three days but it doesnt show up. Its a level 4 car, but I am level 21. Is the chance higher to make it show up when both car level and a-spec level are almost the same? Or do I need to keep trying til I die? ;)
