The 2013 Tony Stewart #14 Bass Pro Shops CHEVROLET SS is a 2013 NASCAR race car produced by Chevrolet. It only appears in Gran Turismo 6.
In the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season, Tony Stewart drove this car to victory in the thirteenth race at Dover International Speedway before being injured in a dirt sprint car race in Iowa, 21 races into the year. He sat out the rest of the season and ended up 29th in the final standings. Over the rest of the year, the car was driven by Max Papis, Austin Dillon (who debuted full-time the following year) and veteran Mark Martin.

The image of stock car drivers is bold and tough. Tony Stewart is a driver who still carries that stereotype image in today's NASCAR.
Never one to turn down a fight, small time drivers that block the way of Tony the Tiger will always get what's coming to them; he is the boss on the oval. When you trace his roots, however, you find his racing is actually rooted in open-wheel racing, where rubbing machines is an absolute no-no. He is the former champion of American formula cars, the IRL series.
Though they are on the same oval track, Indy cars and stock cars are totally different. Many formula car aces have had a hard time with NASCAR because of this, but Stewart furthered his driving ability after transferring over. In 1999, the year of his first full participation in the top tier series, he won 3 races immediately and continued ever after to rewrite history.
He did very well in the following year as well, achieving 6 wins, the most he has had so far in a single season. Like a fish in water, there was no stopping him: in 2002 and 2005 he became series champion, and in 2009 he started competing from Stewart-Haas Racing of which he is part owner. Also, in 2011 he won 5 races and became champion for the third time in his career.
In recent years he has started to show stable performance, like the veteran he now is, but his boldness when things are on the line has not changed. His victories continue into 2013, and NASCAR just wouldn't be the same without him.
