The 2025 Gran Turismo World Series Round 2 was the second round of 2025 Gran Turismo World Series live events, which took place on September 20, 2025 at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, Germany. The event featured the second round of Nations Cup, featuring all qualified 12 drivers from all three regions, and Manufacturers Cup, featuring 12 drivers from the EMEA region.

The event was open to the general public, much like GTWS live events since 2023, with general ticket sales beginning on June 7.

The event featured the announcement of Dunlop as a new official GTWS partner.

Manufacturers Cup[]

The Manufacturers Cup portion of the event opened the show. As for the regional nature of the event, the event was contested with drivers from the EMEA region.

Entry List[]

The Manufacturers Cup race consists of the top 12 manufacturers in the GT1 League's Global Manufacturer Rankings of the 2025 Online Series, with the partner manufacturers being granted "immunity" from failing to qualify. Each manufacturer is represented by one driver for each region, chosen from the best driver in the EMEA region in GT1 League of the online series.

(P) indicates a partner manufacturer, which has a guaranteed entry regardless of if they finished outside of the top 12 in the online series. (c) indicates the defending champion make, while (fc) indicates a former champion team.

Notes[]

  1. The Mazda team used the Stealth Model version of the car, although the car performs identically to the regular version.
  2. Noah Lanuza, AMG's top EMEA region driver, was moved to the Round 3 in Los Angeles, for undisclosed reasons. In the resulting swap, Lucas Bonelli competed in Round 2.

Viewer Campaign[]

An in-game Viewer Campaign event was held, by simply watching the stream through the game. Delivery of prizes, the winning team's car (Subaru BRZ GT300 '21) for the Manufacturers Cup stream and a Porsche 962 C '88 with the Round 2 Winning Country livery for the Nations Cup stream, began on October 7, 2025 for those who watched the broadcast in-game by October 6 at 08:59 UTC.[1]

The prizes for either Viewer Campaigns must be claimed before October 21, 2025 at 12:00 UTC.

  • The Viewers Campaign page on the Gran Turismo website and initial livestream thumbnails for the event featured a different base livery for the Porsche 962 C '88 used for the Sprint Race, which was changed in the actual event.
    • The initial version of the thumbnails also had Dunlop logos edited out from the cars, although it is still visible on one of the Japanese liveried 962s on the Nations Cup thumbnail. This version of the thumbnail can still be found on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels.
  • A blue Ferrari 296 GTB was shown at the event, before the car was added officially to the game in the Spec III update. It is worth noting that a car's presence at a live event does not necessarily indicate that the car could be coming to a future update or installment of the game.
