This car can be purchased in the Alfa Romeo section of Brand Central for 450,000 Credits. It can also be obtained by signing a Manufacturer's Series contract with Alfa Romeo, which is valid for one Manufacturer's Series season and allows the car to be used in Manufacturer's Series races.

- Like the Gr.4 counterpart. the 4C Gr.3 uses the bi-xenon headlights from the North American model of 4C. This might be for racing purposes.
