- "If you are in the market for an Alfa, may I suggest something from the 1960s Giulia series? The Giulia Sprint GTs in particular have long been coveted as small coupe masterpieces. They combine a light, compact body with Alfa Romeo's sporty DOHC engine. Design-wise, they are genuine works of art! Naturally, they were penned by Giorgetto Giugiaro, then working for the legendary Italian studio Bertone. The Veloce is a slightly powered-up version of its GT siblings."

In-Game Description[]
"An iconic high-performance coupe of Alfa Romeo in the 1960's."
The first generation Giulia series sold from the 1960's to the 1970's was a huge hit for Alfa Romeo. The Giulia only came in a 4 door initially when it was released in 1962, but a coupe version was soon added to the line up in 1963. This first coupe was called the Sprint GT.
It was designed by the young Giorgetto Giugiaro, who was with Carrozzeria Bertone at the time. Having a form consisting of smooth lines and soft curves, and a characteristic edge at the front, it has retained a lot of fans over the years.
The car is powered by a 1.6L DOHC inline-4. Producing 104.5 BHP and 14.2 kgfm torque, it propelled the light 950kg body up to 180 km/h.
The Giulia Sprint GT became extremely popular as a high performance coupe, for its compact lightweight body providing great handling, together with its sportscar engine. It became a long running model with many name and detail variants, being produced up until 1977.
Café Conversations (GT7)[]
Chris[]
The Giulia Sprint is one of the most popular cars that Alfa Romeo ever put out. Because the Sprint shared a series with a four-door sedan, it was also known as the 'Giulia coupe.' It's a world-famous sports car penned by genius car designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. Alfa Romeo had its start building super-fast race cars to compete in grand prix races. So they've long had the technical know-how needed to build high-performance engines. This Giulia Sprint may be small, but it's powered by a mighty inline-4 engine with a DOHC head. Combined with a rear-wheel drive setup, it's an absolute thrill to ride. And it served as the base for a super-lightweight GTA model too.

Trivia[]
- The patch notes for the update that added this and the Nissan SKYLINE GT-R NISMO (R32) '90 incorrectly stated that both were going to be sold in Legend Cars.[1] This does not occur in the Japanese version website, however.[2]
- A similar error also occurred with the Nissan Silvia K's Type S (S14) '94.
- Its wide body kit in GT Auto is based on the 1965 Giulia GTAm, and changes the door links to match. The grille of said model (Type B in GT Auto) and the front and rear bumper removal (Type A for both) are also available for an accurate replication of said model.
