Layout[]

The circuit is short and is an entire sector in itself. However, it still contains hidden depths that can throw off even the most skilled of drivers.

Turn 1 is a 90-degree left hand turn, but only has a shallow bank, so you need to slow down adequately in order to turn. Start braking using the marker board in the right as your cue, and use the full width of the track to clear it.

For turn 2, drive on the center of the track until mid-corner, and set your apex late into the corner. For turn 3, run towards the black and green checked wall. The bank is reversed here, so you will want to turn your steering back quickly. Be careful not to go too wide on the exit, as this will make your entry into the next corner difficult. Turn 4 is a long, left hand, banked corner. Give it full throttle and keep it on the inside.

Trivia[]

  • In Gran Turismo Sport, this is the only track in Circuit Experience where 2 time attack laps are required instead of 1.
  • In Sport, this track is the only one to feature a Catch Up event in Mission Challenge. Moreover, it is the only Mission Challenge for the circuit.
    • Because of this, it makes getting the Relentless Chaser trophy relatively easy.
  • Many of the background buildings are recycled from the Tokyo Expressway layouts, including the Meiji Jingu Stadium, which also appears on the eastern loops of Tokyo Expressway.
    • In real life, the stadium is located around the roads of Tokyo R246.
  • The shape of the course may have been influenced by the Trenton Speedway, a dog-leg oval in Trenton, New Jersey, nicknamed the "Kidney Bean" that was operational until 1980.
