The Cadillac CTS-V Coupe '11 is a performance coupe produced by Cadillac. It only appears in Gran Turismo 6.

The CTS was a new type of Cadillac released in 2003, which emphasised the sportscar image they had built through their Le Mans participation since 2000. The most compact Cadillac in history, it was combined with a new rear-wheel drive chassis honed to perfection on the Nürburgring, and its sharp handling and sporty character were on par with European saloons of the same nature. The car succeeded in securing a new group of Cadillac fans.
The top-performance model of the series is the CTS-V. Instead of the standard V6 engine, the car is given the same 394.5 BHP powering the Corvette, and is combined with a 5-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission. From 2005 it was also offered in a 6-speed manual.
The CTS series evolved into its 2nd generation model in 2007. Though this model was one size larger, it still stuck to its initial concept and the suspension, brakes and steering systems were improved to further reinforce the sporty character of the car. The 2nd generation CTS-V then appeared a year later in 2008. It was given the supercharged 6.2 L V8 of the Corvette ZR1, producing 538.5 BHP and 74.6 Nm of torque. The car even marked the fastest lap time in the world for a mass production saloon on the Nürburgring, at 7 minutes, 59.32 seconds.
At the same time a new coupé body was also added to the lineup, followed by a CTS-V coupé which had identical specifications as the regular CTS-V. Its combination of linear beauty and extreme performance has earned the car high praise for being the most exciting car in the series.

Trivia[]
- For some reason, this car shares the same engine sound as the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) '09. It now uses the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) '06 later in versions 1.21 and later.
