Daytona Road Course is a real world circuit first featured in Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. It is housed within the Daytona International Speedway. The track utilizes the banked turns of the high-speed oval, along with a tight infield section and a mid-speed double chicane on the back straight. The layout used is the one used for IMSA's Daytona 24 Hours.
Due to the dual-nature of the circuit, cars around here need to have both a good top speed and a high level of mechanical grip in order to be well suited. Formula cars, such as the Formula Gran Turismo or the Ferrari F2007, or modern LMP cars such as the Peugeot 908, should be good around here, but they have a tendency to lose control on the tight corners, meaning thst this course is best suited for touring cars like the Super GT or DTM cars because of their ideal balance between power and grip while maintaining their light weight.

- This layout was teased for Gran Turismo 7 in a very similar way to Deep Forest and Apricot Hill (the latter of which has yet to be confirmed), in which multiple blue and red fluorescent lines can be seen drawing different sections of the track, which can be edited and put together to make the full map.
- The teaser lines features the layout used by NASCAR in 2020 and 2021 (as emergency replacements for races at Watkins Glen and Auto Club Speedway respectively, due to COVID-19 restrictions), with the addition of a chicane between the fourth turn of the oval and the entrance to pit road.
- However, the track that is featured in the game is based on the Daytona 24 Hours layout instead, and the chicanes added for the 2021 NASCAR race were absent.
