The Ferrari 458 Italia Gr.4 is a race car produced by Ferrari, based on the Ferrari 458 Italia '09. It appears in Gran Turismo Sport and Gran Turismo 7.

Colors[]

Four colors are available for this car, they are unnamed in-game and all based on the base car's colors:

  • Rosso Scuderia
  • Giallo Modena
  • Bianco Avus
  • Nero

In-game Description[]

"This version of the Ferrari 458 Italia is a Gran Turismo Gr.4 original. It has fewer aerodynamic modifications, but retains the tremendous downforce generated by the original 458."
―In-game description of the car, from GT7's Brand Central

The car shares the same description as the base Ferrari 458 Italia '09, stating at the bottom that it is specially tuned for Gr.4 regulations by Gran Turismo.

Trivia[]

  • The default livery features OMP logos on the extinguisher and emergency shutdown decals. However, OMP logos are not available from the Livery Editor's Brand Logo folder for Ferrari cars.
  • The bodywork of this car is loosely based on the Ferrari 458 Challenge Evo. However, these cars have the same power ratings as the road-going car.
  • The car's default car number, #45, is a partial reference to the car's model number (458).
  • The interior of the car is recycled from the Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 '13. The extinguisher and the emergency shutdown decals also came from there.
  • The car uses an unbranded version of the BBS FZ-MG wheel.
  • In GT Sport, the Gr.4 wordmark of the car in Brand Central, in the garage, and when the player receives this in a Daily Workout and/or a Circuit Experience is noticeably larger than what other Gr.4 cars have.

Notes[]

  1. As GT Sport's servers has been shut down on January 31, 2024, and as the last Manufacturer Series race in GT Sport was held on December 25, 2021, it is no longer possible to obtain the car this way.
