The Ferrari F10 is the 2010 Formula One racing car for Ferrari. It makes its only appearance in Gran Turismo 5. As being featured on the Gran Turismo 6 car list, the F10 did not appear in the release of the game.
In the 2010 F1 season, the F10 was driven by Felipe Massa (#7) and Fernando Alonso (#8). Massa finished 6th in the Driver's Championship, while Alonso finished 2nd to Sebastian Vettel by just 4 points. Scuderia Ferrari finished 3rd in the Constructor's Championship behind Red Bull and McLaren.
In-Game Description[]
2009 was a rough year for Scuderia Ferrari. The new KERS device not only upset the balance of the machine, it had a major effect on stability, and they ended with the lowest results they had seen in recent years. That is why Ferrari decided to abandon the F60 project early, to focus all their attention on developing a new machine for 2010.
With a change in regulations that disallowed refueling during the race, it became necessary to increase the size of the fuel tank, and the rear half of the machine has become correspondingly larger. The front nose is on the same trend as the last year with the top part of the nose carved out, and the body height at the suspension mounting area begins high, and lowers as it approaches the driver.
The color of the front wing was changed to white, and became a very complex structure, indicating the many hours of research and development that has gone into its perfection.
The F-duct system introduced by McLaren was also incorporated quickly by Ferrari. A vent hole was added to the left of the cockpit so the driver, wearing a special thicker glove on his left hand, could block the hole by hand to activate the F duct.

Trivia[]
- This is one of seven licensed Formula 1 cars in the series, the others being the W08 EQ Power+ 2017, the F2007, the Lotus 97T, the McLaren MP4/4, the Honda RA272, and the Mercedes-Benz W 196 R.
- Like with the Ferrari F2007, the car has a restriction that allows it only be used in one-make Seasonal Events and online races (with car restriction set to "Ferrari F1"). As a result, the car also cannot be used in 2-Player Battle mode; however, F2007 vs F10 races were allowed on lobbies with the car restriction set.
