The Mazda MX-5 '05 is a concept car produced by Mazda. It only appears in the Gran Turismo 4 Mazda MX-5 Edition demo, which was given out to the winners of the Zoom-Zoom Live test drive event held in 2005, before being replaced by the 2007 counterpart in later games.

Trivia[]
- An entry for this car is present in the game files of the North American version of Gran Turismo 4 Online, although the car's model is missing.
- The car is coded not to support dirt or snow tires (Grand Canyon is a hidden track on the demo), and to use "vintage" driver model as used in cars such as Ford Model T Tourer '15.
- A text string for the car exists in GT PSP, but did not appear in-game, presumably due to lack of a hard top model.[1]
- Because the car is marked as a concept, it is possible that the car featured in the demo is either a pre-production or auto show presentation model.
