GT1

This car can be won by winning the Anglo-Japanese Sports Car Championship. It has a chance of 1/2 (50% of probability) to come as a prize car. In the North American release, the car's name is changed to Honda del Sol LM Edition.

GT2

This car can be won by getting all gold in the International B License tests.

Trivia

• In the North American re-release of GT1 (Version 1.1), it have a different car banner, missing "CR-X" from its name, like garage listing. In the original release (Version 1.0) the logo is the same saw in both Japanese and European versions.
• The concept of converting a front-engine, front-wheel drive coupe to a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive racer was later reused for the Peugeot RCZ Gr.3.
