The Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo by Pininfarina is a Vision Concept car developed by Fittipaldi Motors in a joint collaboration between Italian design firm Pininfarina, German racing technologly developer HWA AG, and former Formula 1 and IndyCar champion Emerson Fittipaldi. The car made its debut in Gran Turismo Sport.[1]

Description
Legendary 2-time F1 champion and 2-time Indy 500 champion Emerson Fittipaldi had been dreaming for years about creating a supercar that anyone can drive, but still having superb racing performance. To make this dream a reality, he has established 'Fittipaldi Motors', an automaker crowned with his own name. The 'Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo by Pininfarina (EF7)' is the first car to be released by his new company.
In the concept stages of the EF7, Fittipaldi had envisioned the 'shark' as the motif for the car. And who better suited to bring this to life than the legendary 'Carrozzeria Pininfarina'. Combining a sleek front section with a wide rear section, they were successful in effectively representing the sharp, streamlined image of the underwater hunter. The variety of innovative features including the wing shaped front end, airflow management under the floor, and large integrated rear wing, all come together to provide first class aerodynamic performance.
The focus during chassis development was light weight and low centre of gravity. The body consists of 2 combined carbon fibre tubs and powertrain components such as the engine and gearbox are mounted as low as possible. Mounted midship behind the seats is the 4.8 litre naturally aspirated V8 and as with its gearbox, inboard suspension and brake system, the German racing car constructor HWA was the one who designed and put everything together. These components produce an incredible level of performance as required by race circuits, while providing mild driving characteristics that even a gentleman driver with no previous racing experience can handle.
The allure of the EF7 does not end there: the interior and exterior can be customised according to the owner’s preference. And the owner can also attend a driver training course designed by Emerson Fittipaldi and will have an opportunity to receive direct coaching from Fittipaldi himself.
