In-game description[]
The F-series is a line of full size pickup trucks sold by Ford since 1948. This is a model that has stayed on top of the pickup truck category for over 40 years, that has also been the best selling car across all car categories for over 30 years in the United States.
The F-150 has always been the core of the series since being introduced in 1975, a model that has been the backbone of Ford throughout the years.
The F-150 Raptor is a special off-road model based on the 12th generation F-150 which started sales in the fall of 2008. It was developed by Ford's special vehicle development team 'SVT', to be fit for racing in the desert as sold, and was added to the lineup in 2010.
The body is 18 cm wider with its enlarged fenders that house considerably thicker aluminum suspension arms supported by Fox Racing dampers, which are known to be the first off-road competition dampers to come equipped on a production car. The suspension travel in the front has been extended to 284.5 mm and 307.3 mm in the rear. The clearance under the car is also large, with an approach angle of 30 degrees and a departure angle of 22.7 degrees.
The engine is a 6.2 liter naturally-aspirated[1] V8, producing 411 BHP and 60.9 kgfm of torque, and is combined with a 6 speed automatic transmission.
Though the truck is still equipped for comfort in urban settings as the normal F-150 with extras such as an audio system and air conditioning, there is no doubt that this is the fastest commercially sold pickup truck, that is unlike no other.
Brand Central (GT7)[]
The Ford F-Series is one of the American brand's best-selling offerings. This model, the SVT Raptor, was added to the line-up in 2010. It was built for off-road use, with specially designed dampers and an engine capable of more than 394.5 BHP. Its interior rivals that of a typical sports car. By the way, the 'SVT' in the name stands for 'Special Vehicle Team'. This is the team responsible for developing Ford's highest-performance vehicles!

Chris[]
Ford's 'F-Series' is the most popular line of pickups in North America. And the Raptor is by far the high-performance model of the bunch. One design objective was optimization for off-road racing, setting it a world apart from ground-hugging sports cars. The Raptor boasts a wide body, reinforced suspension and is fitted with a 6.2L V8 capable of outputting over 394.5 BHP.[2] Put this beast in its element, and it'll shatter your notion of how fast a truck can go.
Freeman Thomas[]
The Raptor is an aggressive and capable beast! I love this truck! It has a solid overall design and is full of Ford's unique DNA! The wide stance and large OD tires give it great handling and a lot of height. And the extreme approach angles make it excel at overcoming rough terrain. This first-gen Raptor had a V8 that fit perfectly with its aggressive character!

Trivia[]
- Due to its enormous size, it might not be possible to place it in certain Scapes locations without using a workaround of selecting a smaller car, moving it, and then replacing it.
- This issue also affects the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro '19.
- Standing 1,994 mm (78.5 in) tall, the F-150 was the tallest car in GT Sport and in the series as a whole, until it was superseded by the Toyota Ambulance Himedic '21 at 2,490 mm (98 in).
- The version in the games is the SuperCab (extended cab) configuration, with a smaller legroom for rear passengers and the rear doors only openable when the front is also open. The SVT Raptor is also available in the SuperCrew (crew cab, meaning all four doors fully openable and larger rear legroom) configuration.
