The following is the list of tests that must be completed in order to obtain the International B-License in Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec:

Circle Track: 60R, Wet Road

- Silver Time: 0:50.200 (NTSC); 0:49.200 (PAL)

Drive 3 laps of the 60 meter radius circular course. Basically this is the same as Test A-4, but the road surface is in a wet condition. As the driver assistance functions such as traction control are switched off in the training car, more precise accelerator operation is necessary. Note how the car moves according to the way the accelerator is depressed.
