Trivia[]
- Many of the characters other than McKeel Hagerty and the FIAGTC/GTWS drivers are Polyphony Digital's foreign employees or other uncredited actors. For instance, Rupert is portrayed by Rupert Williamson, who is credited as the Events Director for the series' esports live events.
- Sarah is portrayed by Turkish actress Selin Cuhadaroglu, although she is uncredited in the game's credits.
- Sarah, Stella and Emily Jones are the only female characters in the series.
- A fourth female character, Stephanie, was featured in the State of Play video highlighting the Legend Car Dealership, but was cut from the game when Hagerty replaced Brighton Antiques as the brand used for the dealership.
- Emily Jones is the only female GTWS driver to appear in the game.
- Sarah's look in the first gameplay trailer is almost completely different. Her hair is blonde and she wears a white shirt and a black GT cap, while she in the final game has black hair, a black shirt and doesn't wear a cap. It is unknown if this version of Sarah was portrayed by the same actress or not.
- Sarah appears in the movie, where her surname is revealed.
- Occasionally, Quick or Custom Races may generate an opponent with surname of "N. Latkovski" (the "N." is part of the surname). This refers to Cody Nikola Latkovski, a former FIAGTC participant who declined to be represented in the game.
- Following the addition of additional countries such as Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Lebanon to Custom Race opponent country list in version 1.48, certain surnames who referred to live event competitors from those countries may rarely pop up as an opponent surname in these modes. An example is "Etyemezian" (Lebanon) and "Rama" (Indonesia), referring to drivers who were part of 2023 Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup finals, but have yet to appear as opponents.
