Every July, England plays host to a grand motor racing festival called the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The primary event is a famous hillclimb that takes on the property of the Earl of March. The 1.16-mile (approximately 1.9km) course is lined with old fashion straw and runs through the property's garden and out to a spacious pasture. Despite its simple layout, the difficulty level is high as the course is extremely narrow. The time of 41.6seconds set in 1999 by Nick Heidfeld in a McLaren MP4-13 is the course record. |

Prior to the Update 1.10, the central display was Lotus formula cars before replacing with Mercedes-Benz sculpture and renaming to Goodwood Hillclimb 2014. In the Update 1.20, the Goodwood Hillclimb 2015 was added featuring Mazda 787B Race Car '91 and Mazda LM55 Vision Gran Turismo as the central display.
