- an early Super Speedway with GT2's scenery
- a wet Special Stage Route 5
- a mostly completed Rome Circuit
- Special Stage Route 11 in GT1's layout
- an early Tokyo R246 with lots of missing scenery
- Seattle Circuit from GT2000
- an unfinished Apricot Hill Raceway
- early Tahiti Circuit
- unfinished Tahiti Maze
- near completed Deep Forest Raceway
- a barebone Test Course
- a nearly finished Midfield Raceway
- an early Complex String
- an early Côte d'Azur (Monaco) with many missing scenery
- an all dirt Smokey Mountain
- an early Swiss Alps with lots of scenery but in Smokey Mountain South's layout
- an unfinished Grand Valley Speedway
- an early circle track that eventually became Circle 100R to be used for license tests
- a round track to test handling physics
- some other miscellanous tracks with no known purpose
