Images and information regarding these events, including parameters such as the courses per race, laps, rewards, rival cars, are present. For the unused endurance races, only the event's name, description and information remain in the game files, though some of these events have their own flyer image.

  • The Cizeta V16T '94, despite being an Italian car, is listed as a possible rival car in the Stars & Stripes event, which is normally centered on American cars.
  • The intended parameter files for the unused endurance events contains incomplete versions of the endurance events used in the game.
    • The parameter file for the Monza 2-Hour Endurance, whose filename is "r602", contains an incomplete version of the Roadster 4-Hour Endurance.
    • The parameter file for the Rome City Course 300km, whose filename is "r604", contains an incomplete version of the Indy 500.
    • The parameter file for the Madrid City Course 4-Hour Endurance, whose filename is "r605", contains an incomplete version of the Suzuka 1000km.
    • The parameter file for the Tokyo R246 300km, whose filename is "r607", contains an incomplete version of the Nürburgring 4-Hour Endurance.
    • The parameter file for the Fuji 1000km, whose filename is "r609", contains an incomplete version of the unused 24 Hours of Le Mans II.
    • The parameter file for the 1,000 Miles!, whose filename is "r611", contains an incomplete version of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
    • The parameter file for the 24 Hours of Le Mans II, whose filename is "r614", contains an incomplete version of the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.
      • Ironically, the parameters for this event can be found in Fuji 1000km's parameter file.
    • The parameter file for the 4 Hours of Daytona, whose filename is "r617", contains an incomplete version of the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, just like the event above.
