Grand Valley - South is a fictional course that appears in Gran Turismo 7, where it was added in update v1.29. It is a reimagining of Grand Valley East, now set along the Big Sur Coast Highway in California and with different elevation changes from the original circuit. It is the shorter version of the full length Grand Valley Highway 1.

Grand Valley South is a technical circuit set along the cliff face of the Big Sur Coast Highway. Its brief but complex design makes it reminiscent in many ways to a classic tarmac rally stages. The circuit is narrow and has little room for mistakes, but also has many technical and blind sections that make it hard to read and judge. A good lap around this track requires bravery as well as a high degree of focus.
