The Honda NSX-R LM Hashiken Version '01 is a hidden car that can be found in the game files of Gran Turismo Concept. It was originally planned to appear as a playable vehicle, but did not make an appearance in the final release. It appears to be a tuned version of the NSX-R LM Prototype.

- Unlike the regular NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car, the gearbox system of this car works in reverse gear mode, a behavior also seen in another unused car, the MINI COOPER S Rally Car '02.
- The windshield banner of the car has a "K.HASHIMOTO" name written on it, which is related to the "Hashiken Version" name; the name refers to Ken Hashimoto, the chassis designer of the NSX.
