In-game description[]

In 2001, Hyundai unveiled the Clix Concept, a study model for a new pure sports car, at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Clix Concept looked like a traditional sports coupe at first glance, but in fact, it was a compact all-wheel-drive 2+2 machine packed with a long list of features. The Clix tried to do what others have tried and failed, which was to blend the capabilities of an SUV with the sportiness of a sports car.

The Clix was designed at Hyundai's European Design center in Frankfurt. Its most striking feature was the transparent roof that was collapsible into four parts. Six motors combined forces to transform the Clix from a coupe to a targa to a full-blown cabriolet. But perhaps the most innovative part of this design was that you could stow the entire roof under the seats to create a truck bed.

Like a sports car, the car sat low and wide, with a width and height of 68.4 inches and 51.1 inches, respectively. Overall length was 155.8 inches and wheelbase measured 96.4 inches, making it large enough to accommodate four passengers.

The engine was a direct-injection 2.2-liter inline-4 that produced 302 HP. It came mated to a 6-speed sequential gearbox that allowed the driver to feel like he/she was driving a genuine sports car, even while hauling heavy luggage in the makeshift bed.
