The Hyundai Genesis Gr.B Rally Car is a race car produced by Hyundai, based on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track '13. It appears in Gran Turismo Sport and Gran Turismo 7.

- "This Gran Turismo-exclusive Gr.B rally car is based on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. It has been adapted to take on any dirt road, as its rear-wheel-drive layout was converted to AWD. The tires are also wider, now measuring a whopping 80.7 inches. Despite a relatively long wheelbase, it makes no compromise in maneuverability. The organic undulations of its front bumper and rally-ready aerodynamics makes it look as good as it goes."

The car shares the same description as the base Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track '13, stating at the bottom that it is specially tuned for Gr.4 regulations by Gran Turismo.

Trivia[]
- The default livery on this car and the Gr.3 counterpart is based on Hyundai Motorsport's official livery, as used on the i20 WRC.
- The car uses unbranded Enkei RPF1 wheels by default. However, the wheel lacks the blue bolt in the wheel's rim, in addition to brandings.
- Both this and the Gr.3 counterpart features different rim colors in the front and the rear, which will be lost if the wheels are painted, as the game requires all wheels to have the same color when painted.
