The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 '08 is a Road car produced by Lamborghini. It appears in Gran Turismo 5.

In-game description

This description is taken from the description page in GT5. It is transcluded from here.

The "baby" Lamborghini, officially known as the Gallardo, was introduced in 2003. Since then, the car has evolved over the years, with performance enhancements as well as additional higher performance models added to the lineup.

The most notable of these appeared at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show as the Gallardo LP560-4. Upon first glance, the car's aggressive styling seemed to be influenced by the limited edition (and very expensive) Lamborghini Reventon, making it one of the meanest-looking cars to wear the charging bull badge.

As for the car's performance..., it was equally mean. The most prominent change under the sheet metal was the engine, a V10 that grew from 4961 cc to 5204 cc. Breathing improvements were also performed, and, when combined with its higher compression ratio, the engine produced a whopping 552 HP and 398.5 ft-lb of torque, an improvement of 39 HP and 22.4 ft-lb from the original Gallardo's. Power was routed to all four wheels (the "560" in the car's name is a reference to engine output, while the "-4" stands for 4WD).

A choice of two transmissions came mated to the engine, both inherited from the previous model, a 6-speed manual or the semi-automatic 6-speed gearbox called E-gear, the latter featuring shifts that were 40 percent faster than the human hand when set to "CORSA" mode.

Weight of the LP560-4 was trimmed by 20 kg from the previous model to 1410 kg, which helped the car a top speed of 202 mph and blast from zero to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds.
