The Huracán served as the foundation for this Gran Turismo-exclusive Gr.4 race car. The car cornered so well that not much was done in terms of modifications. It still has that mid-engine AWD feel.

This car can be purchased in the Lamborghini section of Brand Central for 350,000 Credits. It can also be obtained by signing a Manufacturer Series contract with Lamborghini, which is valid for one Manufacturer Series season and allows the car to be used in Manufacturer Series races.

This car can be purchased in the Lamborghini section of Brand Central for 350,000 Credits. It can also be obtained by signing a Manufacturers Cup contract with Lamborghini, which is valid for one Manufacturer Cup season and allows the car to be used in Manufacturer Cup races.

- The default livery of this car is based on the Huracán Super Trofeo's presentation livery.
- The interior of the car is recycled from the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 '15.
- The car uses a black colored OZ Racing Centerlock wheel. This makes it the only car in the Gr.4 class to use a center lock wheel (until the addition of the Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI '93 in GT7); all other cars use multi-lug nut wheels as used in road cars.
