"The most expensive Lamborghini ever: an ultra-aggressive, 20-car limited edition model."
The Lamborghini Reventon that was announced at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show was a special model based on the Murciélago LP 640-4.
Its name comes from the fighting bull owned by the Don Rodríguez family in the 1940s. Reventón was one of the most famous bulls of the era, and was known for its famous battle to the death with the famed matador Felix Guzman.
The edged-body style, which takes its motifs from advanced stealth fighters, was designed at Centro Stile, Lamborghini's design department. The aerodynamics and design were completely redone using all-carbon-fibre outer panels, and the new base style of this car later carried over to the Gallardo LP560-4 and the Aventador LP700-4 models.
The base design of the faithful V12 engine that had been handed down since the beginning of Lamborghini was further refined to produce 9 BHP more than the LP640-4, at 641 BHP.
The Reventon was a limited production car of only 20 in the entire world, and its 1 million Euro price tag shocked supercar fans, as it was the most expensive Lamborghini in history. Two years later at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, an open-top Reventon Roadster was also announced, and again only 20 of these cars were ever made.
This car can be bought at the Lamborghini dealership for 1,200,000 Credits as a detailed car.
