The Las Vegas Drag Strip is identical to the Test Course 400 m strip, but this one is set on the Las Vegas strip. This track was first featured in Gran Turismo 4 as a test track.

- Several early screenshots of GT4 featured the second lane being used, possibly for drag racing, but the lane was never used in the final game. However, the grid and AI pathfinding for the unused lane intended for that purpose are still functional.
- Drag racing would appear in Gran Turismo 7, held at Special Stage Route X, but only in Mission Challenges.
- The name of the track, and the track itself, is a pun on the "Las Vegas Strip" (the location) and "drag strip" (term for a track used for drag racing).
