Strategy[]

This event is considerably harder than in previous GT games, as opponent cars are upgraded, which can make it difficult to even make it to a podium finish. It's advised for players to upgrade their Kei cars in order to achieve better positions as they are very hard to catch up when stock (though players should not exceed more than 400 PP when upgrading).

Though it can be more expensive, the Honda Beat with the K20C1 engine fits under the Performance Point limit, thus making the series significantly easier. The car can be more of a handful to drive with the extra engine power, though, so control should be practiced when using this combination.

Trivia[]

  • This is the only non-race car event in World Circuits to feature cars bearing driver numbers. This is likely because the AI listing is carried over from the Autopolis One Hour Endurance mission.
  • Because of the above point and owing to the inclusion of the Suzuki Cappucino, several driver and car combinations were either removed or changed. These include:
    • Tetsuya Sugawara, Adam Wilk and Hayden Hunter driving the Honda Beat were removed.
    • Simon Bishop driving the Daihatsu Copen was removed.
    • Igor Fraga switched from the Honda S660 to the Cappucino.
  • Despite meeting the requirements of a Kei Car, the Fiat 500 F '68 is not permitted entry into this event as it is not denoted as one by the game.
