Trivia[]
- Originally, this car was meant to be the racing modified version of the Mazda RX-7 GT-C '99, but in the final version of the game, it became a separate car.
- The unused racing modification has a difference where it has car number #8; the final GT-C LM Edition has a blank racing number.
- The vehicle banner of this car is actually the same used on the Mazda RX-7 LM Edition. This is due to the car being originally known as Mazda RX-7 LM Edition (GT-C based) in the NTSC-J version of the game.
