The Mitsubishi COLT 1.5 Sport X Version '02 is a road car produced by Mitsubishi. It first appeared in Gran Turismo 4 Prologue and has been featured in all subsequent mainline games up to Gran Turismo 6.

The Colt wasn't new to the compact-utility-car game, but it definitely made a splash when it arrived in 2002. Built by Mitsubishi and the Daimler-Chrysler Group, the Colt took the powerhouses of the segment, the Toyota Vitz and Honda Fit head on, armed with a handful of safety features, good fuel economy, clean emissions and a sporty nature.
Maybe it was Daimler's influence, but when you glance at the flowing lines of the Colt's exterior, there's a little bit of Mercedes-Benz A-Class in the details. Mitsubishi made sure the Colt had something for everyone, with two engine choices, a 1.3-liter and 1.5-liter inline-4; front-wheel and all-wheel drive layouts, and three main types of body styles, from casually elegant to in-your-face sporty.
The sportiest trim level came with the 1.5-liter inline-4 with MIVEC (Mitsubishi's variable-valve-timing system) that sent 97 HP to the front tires with most of the punch coming in the low- to mid-rpm range. An aero body kit and 15" wheels added visual flair. The combined result was a compact machine that loved being pushed to the limit through corners.
The Colt proved a success at the dealerships and accomplished its goal of taking buyers away from Toyota and Honda. The only problem with this car is that it never made its way to the U.S.
