Muscle Car Championship (named as Muscle Car Competition in the PAL version and Hot Rod Competition in the NTSC-U version) is an American event in Gran Turismo 4. Only American cars can enter this race.

One of the key opponents to watch out for is the Dodge Viper SRT10 '03, especially if it starts near or at the front of the grid, as it is by far the quickest car used by the AI in this series. Other competitive cars that show up are the Dodge Viper GTS '99, Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R '00 and the Shelby Series One Super Charged '03.

- This is the only American event in GT4 where no main brand Chevrolet Corvettes appear as opponents, however, the Callaway C12 which does appear in the event is technically a heavily modified variant of one. Additionally, the player is rewarded with a prize car that is also available from the start in Arcade Mode.
