My First Gran Turismo (known as はじめてのグランツーリスモ, Hajimete no Gran Turismo in Japanese) is a post-release demo version of Gran Turismo 7, released on December 6, 2024 as part of the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation video game console. It is available for free for all PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 owners.
The demo, which aims to attract a new group of players of all skill levels, contains some of the cars, tracks and race events included in Gran Turismo 7, with the focus on evoking the nostalgia and excitement of the very first GT experience. There are no trophies in this game.
At the 2024 Gran Turismo World Series World Finals, series producer Kazunori Yamauchi revealed plans about expanding the demo's content over time. It is unknown what these updates would encompass.[1]

Players have until December 6, 2027, to claim their tickets. Some of these cars may help complete the first 39 GT Café Menu Books.

Trivia[]
- This is the first time a post-release demo was released since the manufacturer-specific demos in the lead up to Gran Turismo Concept to or after the release of Gran Turismo 4, such as the Mazda MX-5 Edition.
- The Free Practice track image for Kyoto Driving Park depicts the Yamagiwa layout, which is not present in the demo.
