The NISMO GT-R LM Race Car '95 is a race car produced by Nissan. It appears in the original Gran Turismo and in Gran Turismo 2.

Handling

GT1

Being a race car, this car is somewhat fast and stable, with a decent acceleration. However, the player must be careful to not approach a low speed turn in an aggressive manner, because this car can be easy to spin out if you are accelerating and steering at the same time in a low speed turn. Overall, this car is a good choice for the hardest races of the game.

GT2

Being on this game the racing modified version of the NISMO GT-R LM Road Going Version '95, the car handles similar to the base car, but slighty better in terms of acceleration and steering. However, in order to compete against more powerful cars, a bit of tuning is required. Fortunately, there are a lot of tuning options available for the base car.

Acquisition

GT1

This car can be purchased in the special section of Nissan dealerships for 500.000 Credits. It is available in two color schemes, white and blue, and white and pink.

GT2

No longer available as a separate car, this car can be obtained only by performing racing modifications on an ordinary NISMO GT-R LM Road Going Version '95. The two color schemes available in GT1 still are available in this game. Be aware that this car is obtainable only on the PAL and NTSC versions of the game, due to the absence of the NISMO GT-R LM Road Going Version '95 in the NTSC-J version of the game.
