The Nissan SILVIA Q's AERO (S14) '96 is a Road car produced by Nissan. It appears in Gran Turismo, Gran Turismo 2, Gran Turismo 4, Gran Turismo PSP, Gran Turismo 5, and Gran Turismo 6.

In-game description

"With it's naturally aspirated engine this was the last S14 model to feature angular front styling."

*The Nissan S14 Silvia was sold as the 240SX in the US, and as the 200SX in the EU.

When the S14 made its debut in October 1993, it was clear that the company injected the car with an extra dosage of "sport." It sat wider than its predecessor at 68.1 inches compared to the S13's 66.5 inches and received wider tires to boot. Overall length and height also grew slightly; the S14 was longer by 1.1 inches to 177.1 inches, and taller by 0.2 inches to 50.9 inches.

The top-of-the-line K's SR20 engine featured a bump in output to 217 HP and 202.5 ft-lb of torque. It also got 16-in. allow wheels as standard fare. The base Q's and J's trim levels stayed with the naturally-aspirated variant with the 2.0-liter DOHC inline-4 producing 158 HP and 138.8 ft-lb or torque. The suspension remained fairly unchanged from the S13 with MacPherson struts and multi=link suspension in the back, while Super HICAS steering was added to the options list.

Nissan fine-tuned the S14's driving character and updated the look with some minor changes. The retractable headlights of the previous version were gone, replaced with scowling visible lights. A large spoiler also added flair. When Nissan didn't see a spike in the Silvia's sales volume in 1999, the company decided it was time to reinvent the brand, setting the stage for the arrival of the S15.
