The Opera Performance 350Z '04 is a tuned car produced by Opera Performance. It appears in Gran Turismo 4, Gran Turismo PSP, Gran Turismo 5 and Gran Turismo 6.

A highly regarded tuner with close ties to the Gran Turismo game team, this Fairlady Z was a new concept car produced by Opera Performance. A more refined vehicle aimed at adults rather than boy racers, the Opera Performance Fairlady Z was a sophisticated ride that was comfortable and quiet on city streets, while still being spirited and fun to drive. To that end, all interior trim and comfort features remained, but the chassis has been strengthened to not only improve structural rigidity but to also lessen the amount of noise and vibration that intruded into the cabin.
The suspension was retuned to account for these changes and improved handling in addition to a more solid feel for the driver. The suspension was also adjustable, allowing the driver to make it stiffer for track day or to soften it for more on-road comfort.
The engine was balanced, polished, and reassembled in order to convey a smoother driving experience to its owner, but otherwise the internal parts remain mostly unchanged, unleashing more of the car's potential, while maintaining usability. A lightweight titanium muffler replaced the stock unit's.
The aerodynamic aids were designed by Polyphony Digital, the company that produces Gran Turismo. In all, the Opera Performance Fairlady Z is a unique concept tuning car that emphasized a comfortable, quiet, and superior ride but still remained a blast to drive.
