The Peugeot RCZ '10 is a road car produced by Peugeot. It only appears in Gran Turismo 6, being succeeded by the Peugeot RCZ GT Line '15 in Gran Turismo Sport.

At the Peugeot booth of the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, there was concept car displayed with flowing lines: the 308RCZ. This sportscar was notable for its wide and low silhouette, which was nothing like Peugeot's other production models. It had a midship form with the passenger compartment positioned slightly forward, and a vertical indent extending from the roof centre to the rear glass that gave it a double bubble shape. It was a machine full of unique styling elements, with its long rear deck giving the viewer the image of a pouncing feline.
As can be deciphered from the name, this was a design study using the high-quality front-wheel drive compact, the 308 series. However the car gathered a lot of attention, and there were many whom desired its commercial production. To answer these demands, the commercial production model was displayed at the 2009 Frankfurt Show, and the car was announced to be going on sale from 2010.
Its 2+2 coupé style was almost exactly the same shape as the prototype that appeared 2 years prior, except for some very minor details. The name 308 was removed, and the car was officially called the RCZ.
The car is powered by an inline-4-cylinder 1.6 litre direct injection engine with a twin-scroll turbo, and is offered in 153 BHP and 197 BHP models. The 197 BHP version uses an engine that becomes increasingly responsive as the engine is revved higher, and is combined with a suspension that is carried over from the 308, but tightened up for sporty driving and performance. The RCZ is not just your average good-looking car.
