In-game description[]
"Porsche's modern-yet-daring statement on the future of the sports car."
Starting in 1948, Porsche built its reputation as one of the world's premier automotive manufacturers by creating elegant, well-engineered lightweight sports cars. These cars were not defined by extreme horsepower, but instead were characterized by a highly efficient power-to-weight ratio combined with timeless, functional design.
The Porsche Vision Gran Turismo follows in this tradition while expressing the company's take on the future of the sports car. It merges elements of the iconic design of historic Porsche sports cars with the company's storied race machines. The car also possesses hints of the record-breaking 919 Hybrid, as well as Porsche's first electric sports car, the Taycan.
Exterior and interior design flow seamlessly together, providing drivers with the feeling of being one with the car when inside the cockpit of the state-of-the-art carbon monocoque chassis. The glass dome places them into the surrounding natural environment.
The Porsche Vision Gran Turismo's dual electric engine layout delivers 820 kW (1098.6 HP) of power and a maximum torque of 1,090 Nm (802.9 ft-lb). An innovative active aerodynamic system dynamically reacts to all driving situations to enhance the car's performance, thus making the car perfectly suited for the demanding corners and high-speed segments found on tracks like the Nürburgring Nordschleife or on alpine roads.
Dealership[]
This Spyder is another variation of the Porsche Vision Gran Turismo. An open-top body, which are designated "Spyder" by the company, have defined many a historic Porsche over the years. The most famous of them were legendary race cars of the past, like the Porsche 550 and 718 RS60 Spyders. What distinguishes the Porsche Vision Gran Turismo Spyder is its bold chop-top roof design. With a seamless cowling covering the passenger seat, you'd think it was a genuine, single-seat race car. Like the coupe model, it is fitted with dual electric motors in the front and back... ...that combine to produce an amazing 1098.6 HP and 802-9 ft-lb of torque.

Trivia[]
- Specifications-wise, the car is not very different to the original coupe, even sharing the same weight and dimensions, despite the lighter speedster body style, save for a lower Performance Points rating.
- However, the Spyder supports dirt tires, while the coupe version did not.
- The dirt tire availability on the car makes it the fifth Vision Gran Turismo car (the others being the Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV EVOLUTION Vision Gran Turismo, the Subaru VIZIV GT Vision Gran Turismo, the Aston Martin DP-100 Vision Gran Turismo (in GT6 only), and the Infiniti CONCEPT Vision Gran Turismo) that can be driven on dirt and/or snow tracks.
