Trivia[]
- Although Power Pack is not available on the PlayStation 4 version, the menu for it still appears in the World Map. Additionally, the Power Pack exclusive cars can be played on the PlayStation 4 version of the game once obtained from the PlayStation 5 version with the DLC installed, as saves are cross-compatible (and synced by the server).
- Additionally, between December 25, 2025 to January 8, 2026, a Lap Time Challenge was held featuring the Supra GT Road Car. As usual with road car Lap Time Challenges, the car can be loaned for the challenge, allowing for a "test drive" for players who do not own or have access to the DLC.
- Endurance races in the Power Pack can be resumed if the game is quitted from the console's system menu. Every several laps, the game saves the race's state (specifically time remaining and track positions) and if the game is quitted and then the player attempts to reload the race they are currently in middle of, the game loads the remaining time and track position states from the last saved lap, in a manner as if the race was resumed from a red flag. The player can also do other races in the meantime.[3]
- Several opponents within Power Pack events reuse liveries from Special Events, or have liveries similar to those matched to the race's theme. However, some of the liveries have their colors (or in some cases, decals) changed from their real-life bases.
- Power Pack exclusive cars do not appear in Car Collection menu or the car list on the Gran Turismo website and therefore have no description text nor are required for a full collection. However, depending on the player's car type and PP rating and regardless if the player has purchased the DLC or not, they can appear as opponents in Arcade and Custom Races, the latter if the Rivals Selection is set to Random.
- In version 1.66 (a bugfix update released a week after the Spec III update), several races within the mode were shortened.
