The Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Trophy Safety Car is, as the name implies, a safety car variant of the Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Trophy '11. It first appears in Gran Turismo Sport, where it was introduced as part of Update 1.53.

Unlike most cars in the game, this car is not available for purchase in Brand Central. This car can only be obtained by exchanging 5000 Mileage Points in the Mileage Exchange section when available, but can be on special for less.
