In-game descriptionEdit

"Powered by Hemi, a legend that returns in full form with its bold, 5-meter-long body."

The muscle car trend that started in the 1960s spread like wildfire across America. While the Ford Mustangs and the Chevrolet Camaros were competing for more power, Chrysler unleashed the Dodge Charger.

From street racing to NASCAR, and even in the movies, the Chargers became a popular that epitomed its era. As the 1970s rolled in with the oil crisis, the popularity of the muscle car died off and the Charger also ended its production.

In 2005, the legend has returned. Though the name was given for a time to a front-wheel-drive model in the 1980s, that was just a compact car with none of the glory.

The 21st century Charger is the real return of the legend, with a massive body over 16 feet in length.

With Dodge being the Chrysler's sport brand, of course there was going to be a high-performance model. The SRT8 was added to the lineup was a powerful 4-door coupé born from their high performance car development project.

Powering the new car was a 6.1L OHV. The V8 engine producing a 425 BHP was given the name HEMI, the all-too-famous name given to tuned high-performance Chrysler engine over the years.

The new Charger, which continues the bloodline with its legendary high-power engine, also has the comforts of a modern-day car. It takes on the spirit of an era when power was everything, as a saloon in which you can really enjoy the powerful torque of an American V8. The car became a popular model for Dodge fans, both old and new.
