The Spoon FIT Race Car '03 is a race car produced by Spoon. It first appeared in Gran Turismo 4 Prologue and has been featured in all subsequent mainline games up to Gran Turismo 6.

The Honda Fit is a compact family car, equipped from the factory with a surprisingly lively VTEC inline-4. The Spoon Fit is an endurance race spec machine tuned to N1 specifications by Spoon, a tuner specializing in Hondas. Starting from its 4 pistons, the engine was balanced for weight and side throughout, and everything was matched perfectly, from the volumes of the combustion chambers, cylinder and piston ring clearances, and the discharge of fuel injectors to produce the maximum performance possible. The intake and exhaust have been thoroughly tuned to produce not only bursts of speed, but to provide reliability that is crucial in an endurance race.
A regulation-approved roll cage was installed to the body, and focusing on twisting rigidity of the floor section, various reinforcements were performed, gluing together body panels where necessary. To make the car as light as possible, the seats, exhaust silencer, even the thick stock-wiring harness has been replaced with equivalent parts with half the weight. The transmission is replaced with a reliable 5-speed manual, and the rear hatch is equipped with a quick-charge fuel nozzle connector.
Made to be a tough, reliable machine, able to even run 24-hour races, this Fit was active in many endurance races, and its blue and yellow two-tone colors came to be a familiar sight.

- When viewing the car in GT4P, the Honda logo on the top left of the screen will appear to have different shading compared to that used by other Honda cars in the game. This can be easily noticed by highlighting the Honda CIVIC TYPE R (EK) '98, placed to the right of the Spoon Fit.
