The Subaru IMPREZA Sport Wagon WRX STi Version III '96 is a road car produced by Subaru. It only appears in the original Gran Turismo and Gran Turismo 2, being overshadowed by its sedan counterpart.

This car can be bought at the Subaru New Cars Dealership for 28,850 Credits. It is also unlockable in Arcade Mode as an A-Class Car. To unlock it, the player must win all three races in Deep Forest Raceway, using cars from C-Class, B-Class and A-Class. Doing this also unlocks the Subaru IMPREZA Sedan WRX STi Version III '96, Subaru LEGACY Touring Wagon GT-B '96 and Subaru LEGACY Touring Sedan RS '96. All of the cars unlocked from this are available from the start in the NTSC-J version.

This car can be bought at the Subaru Used Cars Dealership for 20,100 Credits.

- The Sports Blue color option in GT1 refers to the V-Limited edition of the car released for the 1997 model year to commemorate Subaru's WRC efforts; only 555 models were produced for each body type.[1]
