- Appearance wise, the car is based on the #60 TVR Cerbera driven by Mark Hales in the GT2 class of the 1995 British GT Championship.
- The two color schemes available in Gran Turismo 2 on this car are actually the same color schemes of the racing modified TVR Cerbera 4.2 in the original Gran Turismo.
