London is a short street circuit from Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Gran Turismo 5 and Gran Turismo 6. The circuit is based on actual roads including Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square in the center of London, the capital city of England, in the United Kingdom. It has no pit stop, making refueling and tire changing impossible during a race. The track has the feel of being a street rally stage.

Layout & Sectors[]

Sectors 1 & 2[]

Begin braking for turn 1 using 100m marker board as your guide. Turn in tightly while avoiding to take too much of the kerb on the inside, as doing so will throw the car wide and reduce your exit speed on Charing Cross Rd.

Reduce your speed for turn 2 and turn in, and begin to pick it up again as you turn in for turn 3. These turns are blind, so be sure to memorize the layout here. Be careful that the road drops as you enter turn 3, so watch out for understeer. Head pass Trafalgar Square and brake at the 50m marker board sign. Turn right around turn 4 using a standard racing line.

Sector 3[]

For turn 5, brake at the 50m marker board and turn onto Haymarket. Shift yourself onto the right side of the road and begin braking where the graffiti on the road is for turn 6. Entry onto Charles II Street here is difficult, as not only does the road narrow, but there is a tall kerbstone. Hitting the kerbstone will cause the car to jump and disrupt its balance. Set your apex late here and take an out-in-out line.

Turn 7 turns onto Regent Street Saint James's, and is the opposite of turn 6; start braking at the 50m marker board and don't be afraid to set an early apex. Again, be wary of the kerbstone on the inside. Turn 8 at Piccadilly leads back onto Shaftesbury Ave. There is a lot of kerbing here, so be careful that you don't upset the cars balance by riding them too much. Use the 50m marker board as your cue to start braking, then navigate the turn.
