Tony Stewart (born May 20, 1971), nicknamed Smoke, is an American semi-retired professional stock car racing driver and current NASCAR team owner, being the owner of Stewart-Haas Racing from 2009 to 2024, following his departure from Joe Gibbs Racing. Having raised from open-wheel background (he was the 1997 Indy Racing League champion), three of Stewart's cars have appeared in the series:
