Trivia[]
- The rear wing of this car is a DTM-type wing also used on the Opel Calibra Touring Car '94; it also features a DTM-style rear diffuser.
- Coincidentally, the Lexus IS F Racing Concept '08 (based on a later generation of Lexus IS; the Toyota Altezza name was later dropped in Japan) was designed as, and mechanically based on, a DTM car.
- In the PAL version of the game, this car is referred with three different names. In the Garage, the car is referred as Lexus IS 200 LM Edition, but the car nameplate in the Garage still refers it as Toyota ALTEZZA LM Edition. The replay nameplate of the car is Toyota IS 200 LM Edition. In the NTSC version of the game, this car is always referred as Toyota ALTEZZA LM Edition.
