The Toyota Celica Rally Car is a fictional rally car produced by Toyota. It is based on the car used by Carlos Sainz to win the 1990 WRC Driver's Championship. It only appears in Gran Turismo 2.

This car is only available in Arcade Mode in the Rally Car class. In order to unlock it, the player must win a race in Arcade Mode on Laguna Seca Raceway at normal level or higher.
