Trivia[]

The Crown Athlete G Safety Car with red light bars.
- It, the McLaren P1 GTR '16, the Ferrari 512BB '76, and the Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Trophy Safety Car are the only non-Gr.4/Gr.3 cars that can have their light covers changed. In the case of this car, it changes the color of the light bars.
- The Yellow setting (Type B in GT7) changes the light bars' color to red instead of yellow, similar to Japanese police cars, of which it is based. The extra mirrors (on the exterior left-hand side, as well as inside leaning to the front passenger) is also reminiscent of said police cars.
- In GT Sport, it, alongside the Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Trophy Safety Car and the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Safety Car, was originally going to be N-class cars. This was quickly changed to Gr.X to match the other safety cars.
- Despite this, it is eligible for some road car GT League events, notably the J-Sports Meeting.
Notes[]
- ↑ Due to Mileage Exchange being discontinued as part of the end of Gran Turismo Sport's online services, this car is no longer obtainable legitimately.
